Shipping policy

All of our items are available immedietely via Digital Download. These files are delivered to the email address you place your order from instantly after purchase.

Files are attached in a zip file and provided with two versions, one suitable for home print, and one suitable for professional print. Both variations are high quality and look great when printed out. All files can also be used for virtual events and will be perfect for online parties.

If you require a printing or personalisation service, this is available at an extra cost, please just get in touch and let us know your requirements.


Your order will be delivered instantly to your billing email address.

Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your Party Games always provide customers with fair return services to ensure customer satisfaction.

A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
You have changed your mind about an item; You bought an item by mistake; You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item; You can no longer access your download because it has been removed or time elapsed (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).You input the incorrect E-Mail address or do not supply an email address upon purchase to receive your download (in this instance please contact support)We change our pricing should there be errors within your game packs down to Human Error we must be given the opportunity to remedy this before a refund will be provided. If we are unable to fix the error then a refund may be applicable. You do not have the equipment to use the item.

Exchanging An Item
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product we need to ensure that no downloads have taken place on your purchase. If this is the case we can look at an exchange for you. If you have made a download you will not be able to exchange or receive a refund for the time, this subject to these terms.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (We will accept your confirmation email, as long as the request is received from the email on the invoice)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, no other manner of refund will be made, within around 7-10 working days.

Statutory Rights
You may have other statutory rights, however, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the duration of this returns and refund policy will be limited to the period above.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as this can take anywhere up to 7 days.
